I have been blasting against NCBI using CLC Bio genomic workbench.
Since my samples have more than one query sequence, the default view of the summary table i see is whereby only the description of the top match for each query sequence is shown/reported.
Is there a way of increasing this view, to let say, the top 5 matches? So that the blast output table has the top 5 best matched sequences to my query sequence?
If more than one query sequence was used, the default view of the results is a summary table, where the description of the top match found for each query sequence and the number of matches found is reported.
