Dear friends,

I want to design a short length peptide (eg. 10aa) for coating at the ELISA wells. Then I want to use the serum of patients as Ab1 then the HRP-labeled anti-human IgG as Ab2.

I don’t know if it works. With vaxigen software, it is an antigen. But I need to know that the new peptide can be recognized by Ab produced by patients’ immune systems against the whole bacterium. Can you introduce me a software that can help me know that this new peptide is similar to the surface epitope(s) of the bacterium? or can compare this new peptide with the surface antigens of the bacterium?

Best regards
