I am looking for any large set of data that links β-cell genes (i.e. PDX1, INS, GLUT-2, …) with ECM components (i.e. Lam-111, Lam-511, Col-I, Col-IV, …). Currently I am trying to gather whatever data I can from published papers. Any data or leads would be of help.

Thank you very much, these are great tools; however, I am specifically looking for experimental data on beta cells cultured in different ECM compositions and their resulting genetic expressions. I am trying to find a relationship between ECM composition (i.e. 20% ColI, 60% Lam-1, and 20% ColIV) and specific gene expression (i.e. PDX1, INS, MafA) so as to formulate a predication.

There isn't any as far as I know. Manipulation of the ECM may be a key to maintain the cell phenotypes without losing cell properties. However, even the proliferating progenitors secret their specific ECM components for their own survival once the cells settle down. The secreted components also include many proteases, replacing previously coated or embedded artificial ECM with their naturally secreted ECM components
