try the UCSC database (http://genome-euro.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?redirect=manual&source=genome.ucsc.edu) that will give you a genome browser and a table browser (what you see in the genome you can get by the table). you'll get all what you want, C Elegans is referenced.
