I am currently seeking a co-author for a manuscript submitted to the Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics. The manuscript presents a study on biomolecular conformations, but the editor has requested additional structural analysis to be performed with appropriate rigor. Unfortunately, I do not have the expertise to conduct this analysis.

Specifically, the editor has requested the use of non-parametric clustering analysis or extraction of structures from wells of a PCA-based free energy surface to obtain conformations rigorously. Additionally, the manuscript lacks discussion of the structural changes of the protein in different conformations.

Therefore, I am looking for someone who has experience with biomolecular simulations and structural analysis to collaborate with me on this project. The co-author will be responsible for conducting the required analysis and helping to interpret the results. In return, they will be offered co-authorship on the manuscript.
