Thank you for appreciating my observation. In India people get incentives for publishing in foreign journals. In academic job interviews young Indians are downvoted for publishing in Indian journals. The top-notched Indian scientists and academicians always prefer to publish in foreign journals. These are the reasons why Indian journals are languishing into oblivion.
