Hi everyone,

I want to extract lipids via the Folch-method. For this, I have to incubate cells with a chloroform-methanol-mixture. After this, I need to centrifuge the suspension. We have a nice centrifuge for this with polycarbonate-vials. Are they attacked by the mixture? Some sources I checked say yes, others say no. Can anybody help me with this? I don't want to crack the vials at some thousand g...;)
