Yes I believe that pJET1.2 has been used in HEK293 (see page 3 of this pdf: http://www.pnas.org/content/pnas/suppl/2017/07/07/1707380114.DCSupplemental/pnas.201707380SI.pdf). I haven't seen iPSC being transformed with the vector, but if you have good chemical reagents (like https://altogen.com/product/altofect-transfection-reagent/) then you should still be able to do so. Unless your study really needs stem cells, I would go for the standard HEK option with a standard transfection protocol once you make your vector (there's a protocol for general HEK transfection here: thttps://altogen.com/product/hek-293-transfection-reagent-epithelial-kidney-cells/).
