I would like to conduct a transglycosylation reaction using ß-glucosidase, my both reactants are water soluble, in such case only buffer is enough to carried out the reaction. But if we use buffer the hydrolysis reaction was going rather than transglycosylation, what will be the solution for, these problem.

Try to add organic solvent, like here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7629071 The problem there might be the stability of your enzyme: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9928095 and the solubility of the reactants.

In my case substrate is water-soluble and I already checked that it's good substrate for beta-glucosidase in the hydrolysis reaction.
