Hi. I am using 3.3mm WD Object lens for Laser Scan Microscopy imaging. (upright)
Recently, I tried to setup the environments for live cell imaging system in 35mm dish (based on Warner Instruments system, DH-40iL).
And I was worried about decreasing of temperature from water immersing.
(Not surprisingly,)Companies was suggesting their products - Object lens Heater- but I want neutral suggestion from researcher who had experiences.
and also, Some of my colleagues suggests the use of CO2 regulator for gas control, but I think CO2 flowmeter can also do same job and even better for small volume. Am I thinking wrong?

Thanks for your kind answer. My object lens is Water immersion type. I think I need Lens warmer.
Peter is totally right. Object lens heater is really important for immersion objectives, in connection with a stage heater. unless you have the whole microscope in a temperature controlled chamber.
