Hi everyone.
I would like to know if anyone knows a way to improve a recombination reaction using the Gateway™ LR Clonase™ II Enzyme mix. I was thinking in adding ATP, but I don't know if the enzyme is ATP-dependant.
Thanks!

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
