Is it true that the molecular weight of asyn protein is 25kd in westen-blot ?

The protein was extracted from mouse tissue(brain)，marker is Thermo 26619. The ladder was about in 25kd.And the antibody is BD Bioscience#asyn antibody. I'm not sure if it was α-synuclein.
