I am currently passaging the murine cells adipocyte cells (3T3L1), I have gone through research of previous work that are similar to mine. I have to look for the morphology of different generation of 3t3l1 adipocyte cells in reaction to senescence associated Beta Galactosidase staining. Although most paper suggest to go for pre-adipocyte cells. I don't see any reason why I shouldn't chose the post adipocyte differentiated cells.

Please clarify, what I should be looking for.
