Unfortunately I do not have a flow cytometry for know the expression of these clusters of differentiation, I only will analyze and compare the results histologically.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCS) are relatively easy to selection and cultivation, the ability to proliferate for long periods of time in vitro and a wide range of differentiation. In this regard, special attention is paid to methods of isolation of MSCS universal method of obtaining them is still there.
MSCS from fetal blood fetus contain contain osteoclastogenic cells expressing characteristic antigens CD45, CD51/CD61, CD64 negative (marker of macrophages), SH2 (MSC marker), CD31 (marker of endothelial cells). Are you sure you used cells lacking the expression of CD11b, CD14, CD19, CD34, CD45, CD79a and surface markers HLA-DR ?

In my protocol, I used the romiplostim in combination with the BD Vacutainer Mononuclear Cell Prep Tube Sodium Citrate 0.1ml and Ficoll, which provide us facilities to obtain mononuclear peripheral blood cells by selective pipetting, and then we will evaluate its plasticity. Instead, we will use the immunochemistry process for this.
