Adeno-tonsillar hypertrophy is the most important cause of obstructive sleep apnea in children.

In a child with submucosal cleft palate, is it possible to remove the whole adenoids surgically?

If it is not so what is the preferred procedure for such a child?

Thank you in advance for your valuable answers.
