I must cultivate strictly anaerobic strains to extract DNA after, except that the culture method is not recommended given the time it will take to conduct this experiment I want to order the DNA of these strains to save time. Is it possible that the qiagen supplier could provide me this order? What do you advise me to do ?

DMSZ also ships you bacterial gDNA IIRC, but it will cost around a hundred dollars.
If you already know your target sequences, maybe you can choose synthetic gene

The culture collection of the University of Gothenburg in Sweden offer DNA, but it will cost you about 500 euros per strain, and they will only supply DNA from the strains they have in the collection.
