GMAF (Global Minor Allele Frequency) How identify the GMAF ?

Hello,

For the SNP rs5219, i looked for the GMAF, i found T=0.2630/1317 but HGVS names indicated NC_000011.10:g.17388025T>C, What can i do in this case, there are some contradictions.?
