i need to Simulate a CSTR with a bacterial culture as a catalyst for a conversion reaction in ANSYS Fluent or CFX. I have no trouble doing pure Flow simulations but can not find anything on how to fascilitate a reaction rate (and bind it to a granular Phase in the Euler-Euler model if at all possible). A simple example would be an aeqeous inflow of glucose that can then be converted into glycerol or ethanol by a yeast culture. The goal is to be able to have a readout of the Product concentration at an outlet contour in post to validate my simulation. What modules or steps do i need use to make this simulation possible? Any links to comprehensive enducational material concerning this topic would be much appreciated.

You can try the DEFINE_HET_RXN_RATE UDF macro for your Euler-Euler model.
