I know it's possible to make Chip(seq) from paraffin-embedded tissues. I have never seen studies where Chip(seq) was started from OCT-embedded samples, but I believe there is a great chance that it will work, since it is possible to extract proteins and DNA from these samples and there are several protocols optimized for this. No doubt work on Chip(seq) from OCT-embedded samples will be pioneering. Worth trying.
Honestly, this method is difficult enough using fresh samples. The issues you face are the efficiency of cross-linking, the ability to isolate intact nuclei after thawing, amount of starting material available, potential degradation due to freeze thaw, etc. If you can do the experiments with fresh samples that would be highly advisable.
