I'm looking for a human cell-line which expresses PD-L1 (could also be inducable) and MHC-II, I already checked ATCC and other sites, but couldn't find anything... I'd be glad about any information, thanks in advance :)
MHC Class II is present on antigen presenting cells. A cell line with PD-L1 and MHC-II will be mostly a macrophage cell line or a B-cell lymphoma cell line.
You can check these cell lines for the expression of both .
Inducible but Not Constitutive Expression of PD-L1 in Human Melanoma Cells Is Dependent on Activation of NF-κB.

Expression of programmed death-1 ligand (PD-L) 1, PD-L2, B7-H3, and inducible costimulator ligand on human respiratory tract epithelial cells and regulation by respiratory syncytial virus and type 1 and 2 cytokines.
I have also attached a poster presentation found in internet. In literature recently has been published a lot of work about PD1 and PD-L1!
