I am wondering whether or not there is any possibility to inject a mixture of volatile compounds and ionic liquid in Gas Chromatography (FID, ZB-1 column), without separation of ionic liquid from the solution.

Gas Chromatography is applicable to volatile samples only. Non-volatile samples, if introduced in to GC, will not come out of the column and the column can be spoiled. If you are interested in finding out a volatile compound in a non-volatile sample, the best technique will be GC with Head Space. By using GC-HS, you can find out all the volatiles in a non-volatile sample with out contaminating the injector and the capillary column.

It possible to inject a mixture of volatile (methanol) , however non-volatile ionic liquids will not move on the GC column capillary column.
Only volatile compound will move in column but not nonvolatile.

Often clean or replace the liner, don't set too high temperature for the injector port.
You can approach a GC-MS instrument with Ionic Liquid columns such as SLB-IL59, SLB-IL60, SLB-IL61, SLB-IL76, SLB-IL82, SLB-IL100 and SLB-IL111.
