I'm using a kit from termo scientific to extract DNA from bacteria and I'm finding some difficultys to get the values A260/280 and A260/230 >1,8, and I'm wondering if we can get good sequencing results if I had these values between 1.50-1.60. Thank you very much.
What are your sequencing targets. If amplicon based, it doesn't matter much.
if you will be able amplify the sequence then it hardly matters

You just have to optimize your PCR protocol according to your sample type, as there might be some inhibitors in your DNA extract. And if you understand the Illumina sequencing protocol, there are a lot of intermediate steps between DNA and sequencing. You are providing prepared library of amplicons for sequencing. Thus, DNA quality is not directly related to sequencing efficiency.
