As you know, It's hard to study about everything of the parasite also an interaction between hosts (protein, substance) and parasite in the molecular levels. So, I want to know is it possible to construct nematode cell line (If possible are there publication about construction for nematode cell line).

As long as you are not planning to use RNAi based gene downregulation, I don't see why you cannot use mutants to generate a cell line. Feeding or injecting RNAi only creates a transient downregulation of a gene.
