As to improve the probability of acceptance of a paper in journal, many results need to be shown. At the same time to avoid the similarity between consecutive papers for different condition different results are presented.

Each university has its own rules. Your advisor should know, or should know where you can find out.
In places I have worked there is no limitation on figures, and it's up to you whether to repeat information that is common to more than one study. But again, your school may have different rules.

If your thesis is a text on its own (i.e., it is *not* just a collection of your publications binded together) then, I think, you'd better avoid unnecessary repetition. Doing so would make the life of the reviewers of your thesis easier.
I suggest you follow the requirements of your institution. If your thesis consists of published chapters, then the most important results are already contained there in. In some cases you can also append some interesting findings, I am sure your supervisor should be able to guide you accordingly. I hope this helps, good luck.
One important thing is to make sure all objectives defined in early chapters of thesis are accomplished. Any result that is irrelevant to objectives of the study should not be included. It is better to provide results based on certain approaches designed for achieving the goal of the study.

Yes you can cite your own published papers, that is not a problem as long as the work is organized in logical chapters. It even makes it much easier if the chapters consist of published papers, that way the reviewer's of your thesis have no doubts of the authenticity of the content. I hope this answers your question.

If either your advisor or your thesis committee says you must, then you must. If either says you need either more or fewer figures then you do. For questions like this, the professional judgment of your committee is the standard.
