Is it necessary or important to decellularize bone in bone allograft processing?
When the bone is taken out of the body,the cells can not stay alive anymore,so after awhile they will die themselves or when the bone is freezed after taking out of the cadaver to be kept(before any processing);the cells will be die,so why the tissue should be decellularized?
