Hello, I'm currently working on a project in lesion detection and I'm looking for image reconstruction codes for algorithms related to this field.(ASIR. 3DRP. FORE FBP. FORE OSEM. IMR or SAFIRE) I was wondering if anyone in this group has access to such codes and would be willing to share them with me? Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Here is some sample code to perform backprojection, hope it will work
"for each projection angle
for each voxel in the reconstruction grid
compute the x, y, and z coordinates of the voxel in the projection space
interpolate the projection data at the voxel position
add the interpolated value to the voxel value in the reconstruction grid
end for
end for"
