Hello,

I want to ask whether gelatin coating is related with migration of HUVECs.

I coat gelatin on wells or dishes for well-adherent HUVECs.

But In one specific wound healing assay, I cannot remember whether

I coated gelatin on 35mm dishes.  

I think gelatin coating is for adhesion of HUVECs so it has nothing to do

with migratory properties of HUVECs.

Is it ok to analyze migration rate of HUVECs in dishes without previous

gelatin coatings during wound healing assay?
