Is DMBA induced breast cancer or Ehrlich tumor a better animal model for ER positive breast cancer?

dear all,

I would like to work on tamoxifen in breast cancer. which model to use for ER positive tumor: DMBA induced breast cancer or Ehrlich tumor. I am afraid in case of DMBA that the rats won't survive till I give the treatment course. moreover, in case of Ehrich, do I have to check the positivity of ER receptors before work.

I think genotoxic chemical compound (i.e.DMBA)-induced breast cancer model is not suitable for the analysis in terms of hormone receptors. After all, inflammation-induced breast cancer tends to show quite poor prognosis in the clinical settings and frequently exhibit TNBC, neither positive for ER, PR nor HER2.
