I have the suspicion that my protein is aggregation prone - what would be a simple assay to test this?
I understand there is the Congo Red Assay... Could anyone provide details (concentrations, incubation conditions and time) of a typical Congo Red Assay?
I also thought about using OD600 (turbidity) as a read out, but is it sensitive enough?
