There is increasing chatter that proteins in the ACE2 receptor binding domain are related to COVID-19 entering humans cells and subsequently infecting the host.

Is there any evidence of ACE inhibitor drugs increasing ACE2 protein concentrations in the lungs?

I would assume inhibiting the conversion of ACE1 to ACE2 would reduce ACE2 concentrations.
