My questionnaire aims to find if the participants have been a victim of click fraud in online advertising by asking questions related to various metrics that are used to detect the occurrence of click fraud to check if the participant has observed or experienced those metrics.

I ran the reliability test for the yes/no questions and I ma getting Cronbach Alpha values to be very low.

Please let me know how can it be tested for reliability and validity
