I am about to do whole mount staining and confocal imaging of some quite large tissue (therefore I need the clearing agent). However, due to using an streptavidin-based amplification kit for one of the other primary antibodies, we cannot use our normal pacific blue 2nd ab (which is conjugated to streptavidin).

We have some dylight 405 available, however, we do not have any experience with it in whole mount.
