In 2002 I gave a presentation at the International Conference of Applied Psychology (ICAP) at Singapore. At that time I could not find any convincing evidence about the incremental validity of work-motivation in predicting performance neither in single studies nor in meta-analysis.

Has the evidence basis changed since then?
