Trans epithelial electrical resistance (TEER) in CACO2 cell?

I need to measure TEER in CACO2 cell, before and after 6 hours with some stimulation.

How do I know if the cells are ready and confluent?

In some articles, baseline TEER is 1000 OHM or higher. In others baseline TEER can be as low as 600 OHM.

Is there a standard baseline value?
