Any manuscript related to SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 having new information or results of a new treatment is fast-tracked and published as preprint even in high-impact international journals like NEJM, JAMA, Lancet, BMJ, and Infectious disease journals not to mention the local or national journals.
Vijay Ghori - Several comments: First if you do not have any data then you would need to find a theoretical journal for possible publication, but you would need to have a good chemical-physiological basis for suggesting the 'herb.' Second, I am not sure what you mean by 'co-relate' as a correlation would normally require some data. The idea of submitting a preprint might be helpful as they do quickly respond, but you would need to read their submission guidelines carefully as most want actual data. The journals that Dr. Yousuf recommends are top journals, but they normally require a very strong data base for publication, but if you have a highly suggestive biochemical argument you might get it published as a letter or comment. I would also suggest that you have somebody highly proficient in english to review your paper if you intend to send it to an english language journal.

It looks like you have guess ( may be based on a pharmaceutical experience) that some herbs can be used and proven data for its effectiveness. I think that the best is to submit this as a proposal to some agency, and first conduct studies based on this. You can publish your results after you found definitive positive results.
I would not encourage making guesses on COVID-19 treatment, as there are already lots of hypotheses ( like hydroxy chloroquine). Especially, SARS COV2 is far more destructive that the previous COVs such as SARS COV and MERS COV.

If you have the evidence that the juice/powder has some antiviral effects on some other related viruses, you may submit a review to a classical journal suggesting some alternative/complimentary medicines including the product in question.
