In my opinion living in crowded cities can really hurt people's mental health and social lives. When there's not enough space, it can make people feel stressed, anxious, and depressed. It also leads to more fights and arguments because everyone is competing for limited resources and dealing with more noise. Plus, it's harder to get the help and services people need, which makes mental health problems worse and lowers their quality of life.
The most common response to crowding is tension, particularly when that occurs over the period and in a sensitive environment like the home. People commonly experience unpleasant emotions such as worry and dissatisfaction when crowded, for example, due to a lack of behavioral alternatives.
