I gave hamsters prion infection about 40 days ago. So with 263 strain signs should appear after approximately 60 plus days. Now, one of the hamsters is having movement problems in forelegs and it crawls and can't use front legs. When is I checked the thoracic cavity bit soft? What it could be? Thanks in advance.

Looks likely the problem lies in the spinal cord? Symptoms might be similar to Myastenia Gravis, idiopathic polyneuropathy and/or Degenerative Myelopathy...Did you use L-DOPA? If so, it's instability might explain absence of effect...
The sign you are explaining is very similar to prion clinical symptoms. It is possible that sometimes some of the animals come down with the disease earlier than expected time.
