In high temprature, there is much flower drop and setting problem in Tomato. A number of plant bio regulators like NAA, GA, PCPA and others are available in market but for increased fruit setting in Tomato we have to use which chemical.
U may use PCPA in adverse climatic scenario..It is really beneficial. The dose is 50-100 ppm..U can use it as foliar spray when there is low flowering to induce flowering in summer months.. It also increses fruit set in summer months by increasing flowering.
Plant hormones are used extensively to enhance plant growth, fruit number, fruit set, fruit size and yield of horticultural crops . Spray application of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid, 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid and Naphthalene acetic acid at the time of flowering resulted in reduced preharvest fruit drop, increase fruit setting and fruit size in tomato. 40 ppm concentration of 4-
CPA has great potential to facilitate the flower and fruit setting as well as yield of summer tomato.

4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid ( 15–75 mg of CPA per liter of distilled water)
Fertilizers based on cytokinin hormone, can help u. Cytokinin maitain chloroplas and photosynthesis. Don't forget irrigation during high temperature.
You can also apply fertilizers based on Zn and Boron contained.
These help plants to do better pollination.

I will highly recommend PCPA as it enhances flowering, fruit set, and overall fruit quality. You may apply 75 mg/litre of distilled water to the bloom or flowers to induce fruit set and improve fruit quality.
