I am currently getting desperate trying to find antibodies that would work in parafin-embeded tissue from the cat. I am aiming to stain different immune cells and cannot find a specific primary antibody for CD4, Cd8 and MHCII.
Which antibodies do you use for these targets?

I was aware of this paper. Unfortunatelly, they don't describe the reference for the anti-CD4 antibody and Dako has a lot of them (none of them is described for the cat, but would be nice to see which one they found working with this species). As for CD8 and MHCII, they appear both to be custom-made and for this projecte I don't have a chance to develop my own antibodies.
I will continue my search. Let us hope I have some luck.

I have located for you a French thesis defended in 2006 by Emilie PAILLOUX at l’UNIVERSITE CLAUDE-BERNARD - LYON I, France. The title is roughly translated as: "Organization of the cat's immune system":

The thesis in question has a reference to what you are looking for on p. 66 as "l’anticorps Fel7 dirigé contre le CD4 félin".
Pages 67-68 contain analogous information on fCD8: "les anticorps 2D7, 10C7, 12A3 et 3.357 sont spécifiques du CD8α, tandis que FT2 est spécifique du CD8β."
