I was wondering how are primary antibodies that are advertised for IF, and WB different than the ones advertised for flow cytometry(non-conjugated Abs). Can I use a primary Ab advertised for IF, and then stain it with secondary Ab that has a conjugated fluorophore?

I am only using CSFE, and two antigens so it is not a big deal to have two different secondary Abs. The reason for the question is the price of Abs. The conjugated primary Abs so much more expensive than the ones for IF.
