It's a vof model, pressure-based solver. As far I checked online we need flow velocity and other parameters to decide the time step. But I have just provided acceleration in X direction sinusoidally and I still get the error. Even at time steps as low as 1e-5 I still get the error.

let the smallest grid size be dx， the maximum velocity be Vmax, then time step could be dx/Vmax/10

You can choose variable time stepping method, set the courant number, and let the fluent adjust the time step.
