IL-1beta: sigma (I3767) and R&D (AF-401-NA) are excellent antibodies. i used both and they work well.
casp-1: a lot of people uses santa cruz p10 antibodies. i think they are terrible. they work well with strong activators such as nigericin or atp. but if you're working with a weak activator don't buy it. the best antibody i used is the p20 ab from genentech.
casp-11: the only one i used is from sigma (17D9) and it worked very well.
As Fabianno suggested the AF-401-NA antibody from R&D is fantastic, though they don't give you very much. The 3ZD antibody from the NCI repository (free to researchers) was not very good at all for me, which is why I purchased the R&D antibody.
For caspase-1 I really like the SC-514 antibody from Santa Cruz, though I use potent activators and may not be subject to the sensitivity issues Fabianno referred to. They give you a lot of antibody and it's pretty sensitive though, so it tends to go a long way.
