I am looking for an IgM+ or IgG+ continous B cell line, for which the immunoglobulin genes have been sequenced, preferentially the VDJ and VJ rearrangements. The cell line is preferentially from human origin, but mouse or other could also be appropriate. Does anyone know about the existence or has experience with such cell line?
In case no such cell line exist, we may want to look at hybridomas. But again we would like to have a hybridoma for which the immunoglobulin genes have been sequence and we know the VDJ and VJ sequences of the cell.

Indeed, these lines of human B cells producing IgM or IgG antibodies exist, and even in very large numbers.
However, most of these cells are protected by patents, and their sequences are generally not disclosed for copying.
this is actually our case because we have nearly a thousand human clones directed against multiple and varied genes: cancer cells, viruses, bacteria, allergens, therapeutic antibodies ...
But it is unfortunately impossible to broadcast their VDJ and even their Fc, which also is particular and therefore protected.
Actually V, D, J and Fc have specific mutations in humans, everyone keeps secret. All of these mutations will then be used to be applied to humanized antibodies and fully human antibodies, thereby ensuring their stability.
Would it be an option then to just look for a commercially available antibody secreting lymphoma cell line and sequence the immunoglobulin genes? Suggestions concerning the choice of a lymphoma cell line?

Alternatively, could we EBV transform a B cell ourselves? Again, it really does not matter what is targeted by the B cell, as long as we have the immunoglobulin sequence.
You can produce your own EBV clone but the dominant Ig produced will be an IgM that will be rather naive and will not possess any mutation selection.
Alternatively you can use a B cell line of lymphoma, which will have a number of mutations but do not match a selection by the antigen.
BL2, BL36 and BL 74 are B cell lines which are commonly studied
