So this is your answer to the question? It is not insignificant that many resources are dedicated to the idea of achieving posthuman states... via computers. That would be computational. Or, consciousness exists such as PAP or as field consciousness and is accessed and processed by the brain. IN any case, the question is meant to identify WHY so many believe it is computational. And WHY so many believe it is not.
