can you help me to get up the chemical class of natural-compounds which absorb at 305nm if purified by HPLC?

It is difficult to predict what compound might be at 305nm. If you have expected compound, it is advise to run together with your sample, Why don't you go for Mass spectroscopy after HPLC? If Your compound if pure enough after HPLC, you'll MW, that will help you much more.

i want to predict the class of compound such as alcaloids, ester....regarding the dates,
so i'can not proceed with Mass spectroscopy!

i will recoment a little search in literature about your plant...is there any paper or report about chemical composition? if not you also can check related species and genus... is posible also to get NMR spectra, also MS in V+ and V- no matter kind of compound...
