Try a database like GenBank to find the genome of your species of interest. You can then search for your gene. If your species is a common model there may be other databases with more user friendly search interfaces. Once you have looked up your gene there should be options to get the nucleotide sequence.
There are online tools for gRNA design. Also targeting the C-terminus does not always result in a loss of function. Proteins translate from the N-terminus so targeting that tends to result in successful knockouts.

you can design the primer with NCBI there is option of primer of you target gene.
