Thank you for responding and yes those are animal cells (retinal endothelial cells from rhesus monkey).

Yes, that's exactly what I did but I'm concerned about cell debris that might be floating in media when I collected and now I want to get rid of that cell debris before I perform ELISA on my cell media samples.
