I am using whole mouse ovary for the qpcr analysis and I want to have a marker for each ovarian functional cellular structure. I chose markers for granulosa cells and theca cells but I am confused with markers specific to corpus luteum. Cyp11a1 and 3beta HSD are also present in theca and granulosa cells. Even if I am using vascular endothelial markers, like Vegfa, we are not out ruling the vascular network in the ovarian medulla.
