Can anyone help with fallopian tube epithelium isolation for culturing and FACS sorting?

I was wondering if anyone can help with this issue. I need a method to separate fallopian epithelium to quantify certain genes in the epithelial layer. If there is an enzymatic digestion method, similar to that of the ovaries, to help collecting this layer and if there is an easy inexpensive method to bring them into culture.
