Hello i want make different concentration of BSA solution from 5mg/ml
the complete protocol i attached with this message. we have 1ml of BSA which concentration is 5 mg/ml any body help me that how i dilute it and what solution use for making this BSA solution?

Per the picture you attached, you take 30 uL of the 5 mg/mL solution and mix it with 70 uL of diluent (that will result in 100 uL of 1.5 mg/mL BSA, or solution A), then you take 60 uL of solution A and mix it with 30 uL of diluent (resulting in 90 uL of 1 mg/mL BSA, or solution B), then you take 60 uL of solution B and mix it with 20 uL of diluent to get 80 uL of 0.75 mg/mL BSA (or solution C), then you take 60 uL of solution C and mix it with 30 uL of diluent to get 90 uL of 0.5 mg/mL BSA or solution D, and then you take 60 uL of solution D and mix it with 60 uL of diluent to get 120 uL of 0.25 mg/mL BSA (or solution E). At the end you are left with 40 uL of A, 30 uL of B, 20 uL of C, 30 uL of D and 120 uL of E.

I recommend to use 5% glycerol solution as diluent. This will aid in stabilizing your solution. For making dilutions, go for classical N1V1=N2v2 formula. Hope this will be useful.
